Minooka, Illinois ( IL ) — All classes will be canceled this Saturday, July 31st, so that coaches and members can participate in or attend this weekend's 'C3 - The Patriot Games' Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling tournament.

Aurora / Naperville, Illinois ( IL ) — Intermediate / Advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on Saturday mornings at 9am is canceled until further notice in preparation of the upcoming Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling tournaments.

Thai Boxing Association Super Middleweight Champion!

Des Moines, Iowa ( IA ) — Danny Morales made the trip out to Des Moines, IA for the July 9-11 Thai Boxing Association's (TBA) 2010 Muay Thai Classic Tournament with the recently formed Carlson Gracie Team MMA Muay Thai Team headed by Lukasz Banach. With 24 states and Canada all sending their best, Danny and the team knew that bringing back the Super Middleweight belt would be no easy feat! Tough as the competition was, Danny was tougher. When the final match was settled, Danny stood tall with the belt around his waist!

Babes and Brawls Middleweight Champion!

Ford Heights, Illinois (IL) — Brian Booth made his second Babes and Brawls appearance last Saturday night.  Hungry and eager to leave his mark on the promotions young history, he was determined to come away as the first Babes and Brawls 185 lb champion.  Headlining the night of fights, he did just that, bringing the belt back to Carlson Gracie Team MMA.

Babes and Brawls Bantamweight Champion!

July 2nd, 2010

 

Ford Heights, Illinois (IL) — Manny 'Lil Macho' Camacho last exited the cage with a split decision after a grueling three round battle that many say he won.  This time things would be different.  Last Saturday the undefeated Carlson Gracie Team MMA Fighter entered the cage looking for vindication and the first Babes and Brawls Bantamweight Championship Title.  He earned both.

Chicago, Illinois (IL) — Last Friday night, at Excalibur Nightclub in Chicago Illinois, Carlson Gracie Team MMA Fighter Ryan Haney made his Mixed Martial Arts debut.  The event was promoted by Cut Throat MMA and was the first Mixed Martial Arts event to be held at the historic Chicago nightclub.

Combat-Do - Mid West Jiu-Jitsu Championship Results
June 9th, 2010

Cicero, Illinois ( IL ) — This past Saturday June 5th, the Carlson Gracie Team MMA Kids Competition Team took center stage at the Combat-Do Midwest Jiu-Jitsu Championship. Carlson Gracie Team MMA coaches Brian Bishop, Joe Benefiel, and Matt Collum along with top student Jeff Neal brought five of the kids competition team members to Cicero for this annual regional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling tournament.
